What I made

On-screen text: Lab draw day with Function Health. For a long time I avoided getting labs unless something felt wrong. I didn't want more data to worry about and work on. But lately I've been thinking about health less as something to fix and more as something to stay in a relationship with. Getting labs is just a way of checking in. What I like about getting my data with Function Health is that it adds context: some things are fine, some things take more time. So for me it's not about optimization or biohacking or control. It's just about paying attention early, so I don't have to pay attention later in a harder way. Today that looked like a blood draw, a new plant, and trusting my body enough to listen.
