Papermark UGC case study

In August 2026 I made four short-form videos for Papermark, a document sharing and data room platform: two product demos, a problem / solution video and a POV skit, each built around a moment founders and dealmakers already know.

What I made

Product demo: a data room in 4 minutesAugust 2026
Transcript

An investor asked me for a data room, and I panicked because I thought that meant lawyers. Turns out it took four minutes, and I did it from my kitchen table. Here's the actual workflow: you put the deck, the financials, whatever they ask for into one room. You send one link instead of five attachments, then you can see it page by page: who opened it, which pages they spent time on, and how long they stayed. You can lock it down so nobody downloads or screenshots a thing, and you can cut access after the meeting. Next time you send a deck to an investor, use Papermark.

Problem / solution: paying per seat to send a pdfAugust 2026
Transcript

I was one click away from paying a monthly per-seat subscription just to send my deck to investors. Then I found out the open source version does the same thing, and the part I actually need is free. Try Papermark. Tracking is free, so there's nothing to decide.

POV skit: when your investor opens the wrong deckAugust 2026
Transcript

An investor opened the wrong version of my deck, and there was nothing I could do about it. One link that always points at the current file would have saved me that entire call.
